My card was blocked I was helped by a nice consultant Phumzile Mlambo from City Square in Pietermaritzburg,she was nice and very helpful she also helped re activate my App and cellphone banking and I also found out the good news of having an easy zero that I can use for my ewallet.Thanks Phumzile
