I went to fnb to open an account, very unaware of the journey that was ahead of me, but as I entered I was warmly welcomed and assisted by Abigail, she was so delighted to see me as though she was expecting me. She explained accounts that fnb had and as I chose which one I wanted she explained further and I ended up choosing the account that was suitable for me.
