Good day
I needed to go into FNB as I was not successful in loading my new credit card on my phone and internet banking.
I immediately got help from Linkie Malatji from Cradlestone Mall who assisted me from beginning to end, she ended up phoning your call centre and stood by me and ensure that all was set up and that I was happy that I could understand what is required to do this.
She is such a patient and well spoken lady, ready to explain what I was doing wrong and ensured that I left the branch a happy customer. Kudos for such a gem of a staff member and I give her 10 stars.
