Complan about fnb staff
Went to fnb branch tramshed in pta i got a poor service. I was help by a lady called Buyisile she is a consultant I askes for a statement from my closed business acc she sad it is not possible.And she rudely said to me that she is the one that works for the bank and she knows better than me. She made me feel stupid . She an attitide and very rude to me.
