Ive been trying to resolve a issue since 2018 oct until this day fnb could resolve my complaint
I had loans which i paid in 2016 already Still my credit scoring wasn't updated Why i dont know I have been in and out the bank Because of this im losing out on a lot of reward im forced to move to another bank after being a loyal fnb client for over 10years Very disappointed in fnb for the poor service
