Complaints not attended to

Not happy with FNB complaints center. you email, you call, you go to the branc but complaints are never attended to. First it was my credit card which was never delivered to me. Second it was deposit dispute to the inactive credit account which took many months to return. Now it is my ATM withdrawal dispute which since September 21, it is not attended to. I Lodged complains twice at the bank but no response till today. I called i also emailed but nothing.
