Complaints bad service

I have requested FNB to close my revolving loan accoun***** been two weeks now and nothing has happened. I call a few time and was told that my banker would call me to fix this till to date account still open. My reference number is CAS_***P3Y4V7

they call this Private banking and we pay so much money but her bad service. I need this account closed today it's long over due.
