complaints

I have been with fnb for 20 years and i can safely say i am moving from this bank because they dont respect their client. I bought my house 3 years ago and was promised 50% in Ebucks. after all the transfer duties was finalized when it was time for fnb to give me my rewards its stories after stories.I called home lone for the 100th time since buying and its only now that they are telling me that the cant give me Ebucks because its a new development....something they did not disclose upon buying am very disappointed and ready to switch banks.
