COMPLAINTS AND ***** AT FNB GO UNCHECKED

Have logged several complaints to FNB as well as using the App for someone to contact me regarding ***** on my account. Started emailing on 22/8 and ever other day and just receive a message that someone will contact me. After 43 years with them I am at my wits end for poor service indeed! Wish they would contact me!
