Good day im zwelethu twala I d no *** and my contact is *** , i like lay a complaint about one of your staff members Bongani Shabangu in FNB branch in nelspruit in pinacle building the rudely gave us attidudes and bad service gave us as consumers of Fnb and the incident happened on the 5th feb 2020 around past 1 0clock reason one of his friends saw a quee while we were in cause we wanted to took out statement in Atm and went inside called him to deposit money for him cause didnt want to quee as we did and Bongani shabangu came out and jumped us in the quee went straight in the Atm deposit money for his friend and we query to him why he is doing that and he rudely rep**** why wont we do the same his friend did and this thing unacceptable cause it luk like his friend was more than important than us n as management we want you to condemn such behavior in near future cause we are all consumers of the banks
