I Viwe Jozana i'm the client at FNB I had a business account and also a private client with them, I app**** for their speed point machine since i have a business, really they sent them to me, we started to use them for the business, i'm the investigation journalist i'm always outside I don't stay around the business because I have my employees, 1 day I went to the shop when I paid my bill with a business card it's declined, I was lost because I know I do have money in the my account, when I called the FNB bank they told me that my account it's on hold because the is a suspicious transections from my speed point machine, I asked them if why you didn't call me if you suspect something and notify me? They said the was no need, the guy called his name is Dumisani and told me that his investigating my case, he said I must send the invoice really I did that, after he gave my case the other laidy, I also called her she said I must wait the investigators they will come to me face to face, since from August till now my account is still on hold and they said we must stop using their speed point machine, we've decided to close the business now because we don't have access in our account it's on hold and we are not allowed to use their speed point machine, i'm fed up with FNB I want to close this business account but I can't do it coz from August now they don't want to finish it, please somebody help
