Good day,
Complaint ********** unsatisfactorily resolved. No feedback received on complaint ********** NF. Today is the 25th of the month and there was no deduction for the loan for which I still have a balance outstanding. As previously advised, I will not be held responsible for someone else's inefficiency. Thanks
