Complaint wrt FNB Credit Card / Travel Insurance

Just for the record, in the event that other FNB customers are also confused or caught by this misinformation.<br> A friend of mine asked if I would buy her plane ticket on my Credit Card for her as her Travel Agent said she would then get the free Travel Insurance. I wanted to make sure so called the Call Centre.
