Complaint update.

Someone attended to my complaint I posted earlier on and I was told the problem will be solved by today the latest. Just got off the phone with one of the consultants, who managed to help and guide me through the whole process. I appreciate the support I was given, thank you ! And please employ more people like Pinky Dlhadlha, she's amazing.
