COMPLAINT UNRESOLVED AND STILL CONTINUE TO DEFAME MY CHARACTER UNTRUTHFULLY!!

My Complaint still not resolved!! I refer to reference Number: ***NF Joyce Lepele who apparently was supposed to resolve my complaint, just answers with a copy and past email still accusing me of false allegations, slandering my name, CLEAR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER if your allegations are UNTRUE and UNFOUND! "Tried to call me", but lets the phone ring once and drop the call in my ear when I answered. Does not reply back to my emails. Try to call back on the number she called, and someone else answers and provides TWO invalid numbers??? How unprofessional FNB!! Is this how you "Resolve" your complaints? Why are you avoiding me and why can you not provide proof if you make such heinous allegations!?! How is that fair to me as a Client??

My issue still stands: 1. I don't submit documents and DID NOT submit documents to you for my application - it was an online application through your app whereby you draw the information, I do not provide it?? So HOW, WHEN and WHERE did I send such documents??? You are NOT LISTENING to me - your allegations are impossible!!! 2. I do not even have a wife??

PLEASE can someone competent RESOLVE my complaint. What FNB accuses me of is not even possible? Its NOT FAIR that such allegations are made when ITS NOT TRUE!!
