Complaint Title: Poor Service from FNB Live Chat Agents

Complaint: I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received from FNB’s live chat agents. I engaged with Nandile (Share Investing), Seabelo (Stockbroking), and Ofentse (Stockbroking), but none of them were able to assist me with my query. Instead, I was repeatedly transferred from one department to another without any resolution.

I have now been waiting for hours with no progress, which is unacceptable. This is not the type of service customers should be receiving from a leading financial institution. My query is urgent, and I request that management with proper knowledge of my issue contact me directly as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

FNB needs to take accountability for the lack of support and ensure that customers are not left frustrated and without assistance.
