COMPLAINT STILL NOT SORTED OUT!!!

Reference No. ***NF and ***F refers It seems that my complaint regarding ******** debit order is not being attended to. The email that I received says "No debit order will be reversed. The debit order due 25th will not process." First off, the December debit order went off on the 13th!!!!!!!! The debit order that went off my account on the 13th should never have gone through as I currently have debt protection on my credit card and my smart loan.

Since you obviously don't know what to do, I will state in laymans terms what I need. 1. Reverse debit order that was taken off my cheque account for the credit card account 2. Reverse debit order that was taken off my cheque account for the smart loan account. 3. FNB Life to pay into credit card account 4. FNB Life to pay into smart loan account This is not neurosurgery and I cannot understand why this is so difficult for you to do!!
