Complaint *** still not resolved

My problem is still not resolved instead i got an SMS last nite saying FNB can assist me with the revisal of the debit order I need to contact the service provider.

Please tell me how the hell can contact the service provider if you can supplier me with that information, any random company can just take money from my account and you cant stop it.
