Complaint Service Fees on Savings Account

I am really disappointed as never did I have this unpleasant service with FNB in the past. In the past if the bank wants to close an account for being inactive for few months THEY NOTIFY THE CLIENT, but not these days. I had to go to the branch and re-open the account with the same account number, but I could not use the same card anymore, and the lady at the bank did not tell me it will cost R100?????? for a replacement card?????? Why do I need to get a new card as there was already a card previously used??? They could activate it like they activated the account again???? I am not prepared to pay this R100 because it is **************** on a child of 11's savings account. Is a quit a lot of money and want it refunded, really. The bank MUST NOTIFY the client when they want to close the account. They have time to sent all around ******* adverti*****ts but it is to much asked to sent a notification that the account is going to be closed???? Please resolve this.
