Complaint RMB Prive clients and also fnb easy acc currant

Hallo its Richard meyer ***, im working on a mine under ground i gave up my fiacé e mail as secondery suplementory, but now all mails get send to her adress, FNB now want to put a hold on my acc for the mail was sent on wensday 14 th of april 2020 ,she showed me the mail now when i arived back home, how on earth do they exspect me to proof of residance from the estate agent when the agency is closed dew to lock down and how on earth do they whant me to get a proof of employement if the HR department is not working ,mabee in a week or two they will be back on the mine as usual, but for now they work from home, is this people at fnb for real, because come tuesday they whant to put a hold on my banking acc ,i told them in the past i must pay for sevices so send letters to my e mail and send sms i work underground ,nevertheless i will try and see what i can sort out but ,but why are they going on like there is no lockdown ,it is very problematic to get any HR documentation done other then the covid 19 and only important doc as per their hand down and market as such, please help out here with fnb bank please Yours truly Richard Meyer
