Complaint Regarding Poor Service

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I previously reported and was resolved, but unfortunately, it has resurfaced. I am being charged unreasonable amounts that I do not understand, including: Unpaid No Funds: R105 Item Paid No Funds: R45 R8.00 x 16 transactions: R128 These charges total R278 and seem unjustified. I am also paying regular bank fees, yet these additional amounts continue to be deducted without my knowledge or consent. I kindly request that these charges be reversed immediately and that my account be restored to its normal state. Additionally, I ask that measures be taken to ensure such charges do not occur again. Should this not be resolved promptly, I would consider closing my account.
