COMPLAINT REGARDING FEEDBACK ON CERTIFICATE OF BALANCES, TAX CERTIFICATES AND PROOF OF PAYMENTS.

After reporting an estate in October 2023 to FNB for Certificate of Balances, and several calls and emails to FNB, Complains Department etc and reporting it on Hello Peter 2 times, we still didn't receive all the information and payments into Estate Late bank account. This is not acceptable.
