Complaint - refusal to close a paid up loan account.

I have been trying to get FNB to close my revolving loan account for almost a month. The loan is fully paid. I was even made to upgrade my account with the pretence that only a banker will be able to close the account. That was on the 18th, my account is upgraded and the loan is still not closed. FNB just want to increase its customer base and cross sell as many products as possible so it becomes a problem when customers want to close their accounts. This is wrong. Their failure to close the loan account is affecting my home loan application from another lender.
