Reference ***NF number 1 Reference ***NF Number 2 i have an unauthorised debit order which FNB keeps saying they will stop but every month the same amount and the same reference is run, you can not call FNB to reverse the debit order and the number for dispute resolution does not work. I am really tired of having the same problem which you are told its resolved but nothing is being done. The last time i was told the manager have stopped the debit order. I emailed the customer resolution centre no one rep****.
