COMPLAINT REFERED TO MANAGEMENT FOR REVIEW NO FEEDBACK

My complaint was refered to management for review last week on friday and they said it will take 3-5 days for management to decide, till today I have not revieced any feedback I have been following up but I am getting same answer, i have never got such a bad service from FNB, but this time they showed me flames, am so stressed , I have no food in the house my kids could not go to school cause I have no money for transport,
