Complaint outstanding since the 6/11/25 with no resolution. Does anyone at FNB actually care about customer service or feedback?

Please note I have still not received feedback on my complaint lodged on the 6/11/25 reference no ***NF. This complaint has been closed twice without being resolved & I have now received a new reference no ***NF why? So it looks like it's a new complaint which it's not. Can someone please urgently help me regarding this
