Complaint on money that was deposited into the machine but transaction was not successfull

My wife was making a deposit on FNB ATM (Plumstead-Western Cape) branch on the 5th of May. Machine just couldnt complete thetransaction but the money was not ejected. She went to the branch on Monday the 6th of May and was informed that the money will reflect in my account in 2 days. We have waited and its now Friday (5 days) and I am very concerned whether I will ever get this money back. The branch has never called my wife to update us on the current status of our query. Come on FNB. We expect better service from you as one of the big banks. But I am very disappointed at the service thus far.
