Complaint on double debit

I have had a heart wrenching experience .My recent bond installment was deducted twice and I was not in arrears. As a result some debit orders came back unpaid. I consulted FNB and asked for a refund on the double debit and the bank charges for the unpaid debit orders. All they did was refund the double charge ,then ignored the request to refund the bank charges..
