Complaint not sorted

Good evening. I wrote a review about getting a sms at 06:06am in the 25th of November. I received a call and was told that if get a call back as they are still investigating but till today nothing ad been said. My complaint ref was ***NF. I'd like to know what the conclusion is/was. Your help will be highly appreciated
