Complaint not resolved - ***NF - no feedback from FNB
After a negative review left here last week, I received multiple communications from FNB promising to sort out my problem fast and effectively. I submitted everything they asked for, and that was the last word from them. I followed up after 5 days for any further, feedback. Nothing. ***NF complaint reference

07 Jun 2022, 11:11Still no success in resolving this issue. Receiving mixed answers from FNB. They knew the balances on the accounts, they confirmed that Easy Accounts were closed in nov 2021, and now suddenly they cannot find the accounts I am referring to. Please assist.
