COMPLAINT MADE IN AUGUST STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK

I am unhappy that, i logged a complain in August and i am still waiting for feedback in the matter. the reference number i was given then is ********** NF
Apparently a lady by the name of Odin Pillay is supposed to be dealing with this.
i am hoping that, i will not have to follow up on this again in 2018.
