COMPLAINT LODGED ON 16/12/2015 AND NO RESPONSE

On 16 Dec 2015 I lodged a formal complaint *** and was promised by Ms Duvenhage that my complaint will be sorted out but this has not happened to date. Xolani Mogomotsi offered a \free\" router to me on 3/10/2015 and **********ly renewed my contract without my consent or knowledge. Vuyiseka of FNB Cell C contacted me and verified that this was the case and it would be corrected. Since Nov 2015 I have not received my data as the cell nr *** that I have been using for the past 23 months was also changed in October without my knowledge where data is loaded on every month. I am still not able to access my data since Nov 2015. I have submitted a cancellation letter for March 2016 when the current R99 data contract expires as I will never purchase anything from FNB ever again! I request that I be refunded for November R92 and Dec-March (R99 pm) in total R488 as I have been billed for data that I could not access. Even the cell nr was changed to *** - I do not have such a sim in my possession since Oct 2015. I would like this problem to be resolved asap and not willing to explain myself again as I've been battling for 3 months to sort this out. Calls get cut! Angry! "
