COMPLAINT _INCOMPETENCE STAFF

I dont how FNB operates these days. So inconsiderate. the customer care staff are so arrogant. My sister had a panic attack because of FNB customer service incompetence. I mean she app**** for homeloan yes it was approved. She was atleast expecting to move in her new home today 1st july. But fnb incompetence refused her that opportunity and instead almost caused her hospital admission. For 2 weeks trying to sort a simple debit order mandate and instead she has been taken from one person to the other. And the worst is that FNB doesnt have the guts to call back and find out if she has been helped. Sis man!!!!
