Complaint from 3-4 weeks with no feed back from ewallet ****/*****

with very heavy and sore heart i would like to share my experience, how poor the service is i am getting from, there was ewallet **** and i lodged a complaint over 3 weeks ago nothing happened and my private banker lodged new complaint nothing from the ***** or complaint department, what a shame on you FNB, you guys are really pathetic, useless and utterly worthless to be, i am really feeling sorry for myself for banking with you guys. i really wanna use all the bad words but its holding my words to see if i can get help from hellopeter atleast.
