Complaint: FNB ignores my request to remove a settled loan from my profile
I have a Revolving loan with FNB which I settled and I went to FNB Branch in Sunny Park to ask that it be removed from my profile because it still charges me a lot of money. my request was not attended to. I wrote a complaint last week Friday to FNB and no response. i guess this is how the bank makes money but charging interested on settled loans which i think is unfair and *********.
