Complaint FNB Forex

I cannot believe what a struggle it is with Moneygram and FNB. I am not able to get the money sent to me from USA and no one can help me at branch or even private bankers. Its ridiculous. One says Forex is suspended and other one says its not true. I am so confused and angry. Why can no one help me. They are using Lockdown as an excuse. Very bad service.
