Complaint FNB Account

FNB asked for id and proof of residance which i provided in the form of a certified copy of my passport in the middle of Jan. 2016. One month later, 19 Feb my account was frozen. After several emails between me and my premier banker the FICA department will not accept my certfied copy of my passport, which has my id number and photo on, no more info than what is availible on my normal id document. I am currently working in Egypt and now I'am not able to pay or buy any food or personal goods becuase of this so called FICA department not wanting to accept a certified legal form of identification. It has been 6 days now from the time my account has been frozen, I will need to pay accounts and if the account is not open, this non payment of accounts will reflect on my profile, but will not say that the reason is the incompetance of a banking department. After several attempts to get an answer from FNB, I was imformed that I need to provide an DECLERATION on why I am providing a CERTIFIED copy of my passport. How ridiclous. No one of FNB has called me to explain this request, after many emails asking for a manager to call me. Very poor service.
