Complaint - New Card Delivery

Today i received a call from one the Bank's consultants. The call was initiated by the Consultant however i was asked to participate in a security check to verify myself. I refused to do so. I was then told i must call the card division to make arrangements. This is ridiculous. I have been a long term customer and dont expect this service. FNB - please sort your processes out or else you will lose customers.
