Complaint

I tried depositing money at FNB east rand mall yesterday the atm machine just shut down while I was still busy it’s an about of R15 500 the branch manager promised I’d have the money back in my account by today I’ve been waiting at the branch she’s saying it can only be done tomorrow yet I need the money to pay my registration at the university .
