Complaint

I went to open an account for my business which is not operational yet, I assumed the relevant acc was opened as I explained my needs. Now in sitting ith an acc with monthly charges and now I'm learning I should have opened Reserved Acc, I went to the bank here in EL to inquired more on this reserved Acc and they told me I'll first have to settle this current acc before they can close it and then open a reserved Acc. This is beyond an inconvenience considering the correct option was not offered at the beginning..
