Complaint
To whom it may concern Greetings to your good office Sir/Ma’am Policy number *** I have been charged and dismissed unfairly and the charges levelled against me are false and malicious. This has tarnished my reputation and is very traumatizing. Subsequently I am further disadvantaged by First National Bank an institution that is internationally renowned and it has left a bitter taste of distain in my mouth. I have been pleading for assistance before my dismissal (13 March 2023) and it has not received the urgency it deserves I contacted the Law-on-call for advice approximately in September 2022 and inform the lady of my labour matter (this was during the internal process) that took the call from law on call. She advised me to continue with my union representative (Mr. Tulani Nikani) and only when my arbitration was done then could I call, and I will be assisted by law on call. The award was given on the 07th of October 2024 with a ruling of Procedural unfair and substantively fair. I then contacted Law-On-Call. After numerous calls to law on call I was assisted by a gentleman called Mr. Caledon and he initially said they will not be able to assist as I was supposed to advise from the beginning. When I requested the recording of my first call I made, instead of being given the recording I was advised to submit all my disciplinary hearing documents to Mr. Caledon which I did do via e-mail. By this time (I had six weeks to submit for an appeal to review) This advice was given to me between the 08/09 October 2024. Mr. Caledon called me on the 06th November 2024 to advise me that my claim was rejected. He advised me that I could lodge a complaint if I was not satisfied. Why am I not taken seriously and made to believe I will be assisted after such a tedious process? Can you please assist urgently? I feel that I have been done such an injustice by First National Bank Law-On Call. Thanking you in advance for your assistance Kind regards Cordelia Williams *** or ***
