Fnb short term insurance when you join they promise haven on earth, but it is time to claim you get sent from pillar to post, I have a claim which was authorized only because I opted for a cash settlement now I have been waiting for more than a weak for a manager to authorize.I have called numerous times and all of those times I am told the same. Now my confusion is that the claim was authorized for a replacement item at a certain value only when I said they must give me that value so I can replace with an item of choice then the problem began.
