Complaint due to a settlement letter that I have been requesting since June

This is the second request that I'm sending. My credit card query is still not resolved. I'm getting calls from Brookslyt and they are so rude. I have requested a settlement letter with the discount that i was offered by Ts legal and no one is will to assist me. Instead my cheque account query was resolved thanks to Cherelle from Fnb but I haven't received my settlement letter after I have paid that cheque account....
