Complaint

I have been banking with fnb bank for close to 4 years but there was misunderstanding between the person who sent funds via my account that lead my account to be frozen of which this issue is almost two months without handle proper i have been trying to contact the person incharge with my case via emails and call still no help this is unprofessional because am not practicing any *****ulent i can't access my funds because this guys are not doing there job properly
