Complaint

I submitted a claim 2 months ago for my debt protection plan to pay since I was unable to earn income as SA Express Airways started not paying us. The claim was approved and it paid for March and April. Earlier this month I received an sms from FNB advising me that it has been terminated and I have to the installments, even I basically didn't have a job!! I sent and email to FNBlife demanding an explanation with grounds and basis for such termination. Fnb has not responded to my email to date. On that email I included documentation from the business practitioners and liquidators appointed by the court, the documents states that our employment contracts are temporarily terminated without pay, pending the final order of liquidation on the 9th of June 2020.

Section 3, paragraph 4 of the terms and conditions of our agreement states that FNBlife will pay if I am unable to earn income. Fnb has not submitted any arguments or documents that overrides the above provisions nor anything that legally holds water.
