Please assist, I made a payment for property rental to Botapa Pty Ltd in October 2019 an amount of R9000.00 and only to find that is a **** when I called the person by the name of Linda for the flat keys. Immediately I called FNB to reverse the payment. A lady by the name of Nomthandaso Macayi from FNB who assisted me told me not to worry the bank will reverse my money. She told me to open a case with SAPS and do the affidavit of which all that was done. Since last I have not received any feedback from FNB with my money. The case is opened with SAPS and FNB but no communication till today.
