Complaint badest service ever!

My account has been blocked by FNB wihout any notification from them to the reason why, I havent had access to my salary fir 4 days now my debit orders bounced because of this and I am struggly my ass off to get assistance! I have veen 7times at the feaud department where I was suppose to have a case nr and didnt receive becuase FNB has a problem with mr bit the other way around. No feedback, no correspondence I have even contqcted Menlyn Maine branch fir assistance I hust get out through from A to z with no cinfirmation, no assistance or advice what I as a fnb customer must do to get my accounts block lifted and carry on with life. I am so frustrated the service is so BAD its not even funny and has cost me R400 worth of airtine just to get nowhere and dont have a scent on my name!!!
