Complaint and compliment

Complaint and Compliment. I go to Florida Road Branch because of a very helpful, courteous lady Lee, unfortunately for me she had finished of at 4.00pm today. I find FNB doing a disservice to me as a client as I would like to have a specific person I am comfortable to deal with and be able to contact that person telephonically, or through email or going to the branch. This facility is not available at FNB. I am not comfortable phoning the call center and when you call the branch you will not be able to speak to the branch consultant because they don't have access to phones at the desk and if you leave a message your call does not get returned. As the FNB app could not give me what I wanted, hence I had gone into the branch. Can FNB look at being more client friendly at branch level?
