Complaint against FNB Springs Mall

**FNB Springs Mall – Unhelpful, Unprofessional, and Shocking Service!**

I visited **FNB Springs Mall on Friday, 27 June 2025 at 15:15** to complete a form for funds owed to me. The consultant **Reece** refused to help me, telling me 3 times I must go to East Rand Mall because "he can't assist" as the account was opened there. After asking repeatedly, he continued to refuse, claiming it's a "branch rule."

His attitude was unprofessional, he looked completely disinterested in helping, and worst of all, I witnessed him peeling the skin off his lips and fingers — bleeding — while handling client documents. Highly unhygienic and disturbing for a financial institution.

To make matters worse, two of his female colleagues openly discussed a staff argument from earlier that morning — right in front of me, a client.

I left the branch frustrated at **16:50**, without any assistance. The following day, **28 June**, I went to **FNB East Rand Mall** where **Bryant** and **Nongamso** treated me like a VIP, gave excellent service, and confirmed that Reece at Springs Mall **could have helped me**, but simply refused.

Unacceptable service from FNB Springs Mall — wasted time, petrol, and energy because of an employee unwilling to do his job. Thankfully, Bryant and Nongamso restored my faith in FNB.

FNB: I expect this to be investigated.** Clients deserve better!
