Complaint against FNB Law On Call – Service Quality Concerns

I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding the level of service provided by the legal advisors at FNB Law On Call. This is not an isolated experience—it is an ongoing issue that I have personally encountered, and I have also come across numerous individuals facing similar challenges.

The advisors appear to lack the necessary skill, legal comprehension, and professionalism expected from a paid legal service. Instead of taking the time to properly understand client concerns, they often become argumentative and dismissive. Matters that are clearly beyond their level of expertise are not escalated to senior professionals, which leaves clients without meaningful assistance.

What is particularly frustrating is that, after paying a monthly fee for this service, the outcome is often just a generic response that the client must forward themselves to the opposing party. This defeats the purpose of having access to legal support in the first place.

It raises a very important question: does it make sense to continue paying for a service that does not provide adequate legal guidance or representation?

I believe this matter requires urgent attention, as clients rely on this service for proper legal assistance and support—something that is currently not being delivered.
